ABOUT AKIN PALMER LLP

About Akin Palmer LLP

A four-partner London law firm bringing together barristers, solicitors, chartered tax practitioners and a notary public.

Akin Palmer LLP is a New Kind of Law Firm which brings together the varied skills of lawyers who are Barristers, Solicitors, Chartered Taxation Practitioners and a Notary Public. The expertise available within the firm is similarly broad in business and property law, litigation, family and immigration law and practice.

The four partner law practice formed from the merger of two long-established independent practices, Ogun@Law and the London practice of England Palmer. The merger delivered the unique advantage of bringing together the best of City law and High Street practice under one roof.

The multi-dimensional nature of the firm is reinforced by the multi-disciplinary training of its lawyers who, in addition to their training as Solicitors, were variously educated and trained as Barristers. Akin Palmer LLP is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA no. 521473) — call us on 020 7278 2800.

What we stand for

What sets our firm apartfor business and private clients

Barristers and solicitors under one roof

Our lawyers trained as Solicitors and, variously, as Barristers — alongside Chartered Taxation Practitioners — so we get to grips with the issues in a dispute quickly and give you early advice on your prospects.

City expertise, High Street service

Formed from the merger of Ogun@Law and the London practice of England Palmer, we bring the best of City law and High Street practice together in one King's Cross office.

Fluent in the language of business

Winning the New Business of the Year Award after the firm was founded, our lawyers advise start-ups and mature businesses on premises, staff, agreements, disputes, taxation and franchising.

Notary services in-house

Through one of our partners we offer the services of a Notary Public — attesting powers of attorney, certifying documents and arranging apostilles for use in countries throughout the world.
